For Django (1964) - Track 8

Wow, this channel has really grown.. the first songs I uploaded were from the 'For Django' set... and now, nearly 300 songs later, I'm revisiting the album to build the Django/Joe playlist :)

Joe pays homage to the legendary Django Reinhardt on this set.. and made a huge splash in the Jazz world around the time of its release, by winning Downbeat Magazine's 'New Star Award' for the guitar category. This ranks amongst Joe's very best.
