This is an old MiniDV transfer I came across this week, back in February 2000 I took a 15 minute flight in a Jet aircraft - a 1969 Jet Provost Mk IV registered G-BWGT at Sandtoft airfield near Doncaster, this was run by the Jet Provost Club, plane I believe was owned by Eddie Todd, but I understand pilot was Steve Hall (who was fantastic!)
Due to age of aircraft its classed as experimental, but members of the Jet Provost Club which owned/restored the aircraft, got a flight.
Fantastic experience, and I got to fly the plane through a loop and roll which was brilliant, and we pulled up to 5G which was pretty amazing to experience.
Just googled and this aircraft is still airworthy XR679 and resides in Canada now, apparently it was sold on ebay, shipped to Canada where it was restored back to flying status !
