Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is scheduled to return to a Centre County courtroom next month as he continues his years-long effort to challenge his child sexual abuse convictions.
A scheduling order sets an evidentiary hearing for Tuesday, September 8, at 9:30 a.m. at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte. Senior Judge Maureen A. Skerda, who is specially presiding over the case, signed the order.
The proceeding is the latest development in Sandusky's continuing post-conviction litigation.
