Stroud Area Regional Police are looking for the driver of a blue Corvette allegedly seen doing donuts during the weekend disturbance that prompted Stroudsburg's mayor to declare a state of emergency and impose an overnight curfew along part of Main Street.

Police released new details about the Saturday night incident, saying three 911 calls came in between 11:49 and 11:50 p.m. reporting a blue sports car doing donuts at the intersection of Main and Seventh streets.
