Jehovah's Witnesses have elected Gage Fleegle and Jeffrey Winder as new members of the governing body.

Most Jehovah's Witnesses do not know the mecanics when the governing body decide they need more members. With the exeption of Raymond Franz and Rolf Furuli they belive this desicion are done by Jesus himself thru the faithfull and discreet slave.

However... it the faithfull and descreet slave elects the faitfull and descreet slave, how can we know that its really Jesus that is leadeing the Watchtower organisation?

Jehovah's Witnesses belive Joseph Rutherford was elected by Jesus in 1919 as his faithfull and discreet slave. But since Rutherford is dead, new members are elected using the catholic doctrine of apostolic succession
