Jeff Gordon spent more than 20 minutes in the hot seat at Martinsville Speedway answering questions from the assembled media just 30 minutes or so after William Byron took the Hendrick Motorsports number 24 car to victory lane.
The win is Byron’s 3rd of the season at a place where Hendrick Motorsports has had a ton of success, the same track where Jeff Gordon took the 24 car to the final victory of his career.
