The Jeep idler pulley replacement was pretty easy on my jeep Cherokee (Liberty in the US), and you don't need many tools either!

The Jeep whine on acceleration was horrible and at first I thought it was the Jeep alternator pulley bearing. A fairly easy job, releasing the belt tensioner is the most difficult part and that's not hard!

Be sure to watch the bit about using a torque wrench and the problem I faced. This was filmed a little while ago, Some of you said you wanted to see some Jeep vids....here ya go!
