It's hard to explain to a non car person, but when you love cars, they are not just means of getting from A to B, they are not even about pure performance. Sometimes a car with its sounds, feel, vibrations and mechanical interaction with you just gives you butterflies and makes you smile.
This thing at LEGAL SPEEDS gives me more pleasure than a high performance e-vehicle would at its limits.
Drive what you love, not what "society" deems RIGHT!!
A need for a second car got me to purchase something next to my 15 year old Mazda 6 that I bought new and love to death!!
After realizing I don't like ANY of the modern vehicles and what they are trying to achieve I decided to get a 30+ Jeep Cherokee XJ with the bulletproof inline 6 4.0.
The lack of ANY modern amenities means it is purely mechanical, simple and easy to maintain.
I LOVE this thing and it has that nostalgia feeling that is priceless, not to mention, it is a very small car by today's standards making it nimble and just plain cool. Just basic lines that are necessary to keep the shape and structure and absolutely NOTHING else
