Jedi vs. Society | Episode Ten Loneliness
Depression and Loneliness are hard things to work through, but the Jedi Path does provide us a means of doing so. However it is usually in these tough times that we least want to follow-through on the Jedi practices. And yet that is when they are the most helpful.
Mainly it comes down to working and building the us and just being good with you. Doing what you love. And also don't allow be afraid to try new things. You never know what or who you may find on the other side of new experiences.
