Jedi Immersion Role-Play Episode 5 | JAO Moving Meditation
Catching up after a mission, we practice a moving meditation to help center the self and connect to the Force.
This is a technique I have used and taught since 2006. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry for the boring stretch of just practice, but I hope you join me during that time (instead of just staring at me lol) and that this technique proves useful to you in your path.
