Hey Guys, Abstyler here, bringing you another Halo 2 montage. Personally I am super pumped to play H2 again in the MCC. I think classic H2 will actually be what I will most until H5 is out. Especially seing a H2 Tage in HD is nice for getting a feel of how MCC H2 will play out, since most of the old H2 tages are in 360p. This is a competitive H2 XBC Montage that is full of clips on known players.
GAMEPLAY: The gameplay is from competitive team based gametypes, as well as from competitive FFA. It features nice glitch usage, such as double shots. There's a mix of Killtacs (Overkills), Triples and Doubles, as well as some sick single snipes. Some of them are really impressive, and on good people (and also known people), since it's all XBC clips. The FFA clips usually feature high Multis such as Trocities, so they are definitely very impressive clips. Event htough triples and doubles are generally considered low in Halo montages, the ones in this tage are great. Sick glitch usage and outplays of known names in the XBC scene makemore than up for it. Overall the gameplay is still extremely solid and if you enjoy H2, you will like this montage.
EDITING: The editing is extremely simple. Of course H2 has no real theatre mode, so the clips are all in POV. However there are no considerable transitions, 3d effects or other forms of edit in here. Only the intro offers some camera map flythroughs that have 3d tracker text (but honestly it is a bit shaky). I think overall it flows relatively good with the music.
