In Chapter 9 of 20 in his 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, creative director and marketing agency co-founder Jason Anello answers "How Has Life as an Entrepreneur Been Different Than You Expected It Would Be?" Anello shares how the hard part of becoming an entrepreneur has been embracing "the business part of the business." In previous entrepreneurial endeavors, Anello focused on projects but not bottom lines and profit and loss. Now, as a business owner, he takes on basic business owner responsibiities such as filing paperwork in addition to his creative director job role. Jason Anello is a founding partner and creative director at Manifold Partners, an award-winning marketing agency. Previously, Anello worked in creative leadership roles at Yahoo!, Ogilvy & Mather, and Digitas. Passionate about food, friendship and travel, Anello also runs the Forking Tasty food blog. He earned a BFA from University at Albany.
