In today’s video, we travel deep into one of the most dangerous and haunting places on earth — Fukushima, Japan, the site of the 2011 nuclear disaster that changed a nation forever. We grabbed our cameras / gas masks and went to explore the abandoned towns, Abandoned streets and abandoned stores inside the restricted red zone.
This is the raw truth of what remains. No filters. No effects. Just what we saw with our own eyes.
⚠️Please no one attempt to copy what we do this is dangerous! We have been training for year to do this kind of explanation.
This footage was filmed along time ago but has been make into a long documentary with lots of unseen footage⚠️
📜 HISTORY OF FUKUSHIMA
On March 11, 2011, Japan was struck by a 9.0 magnitude earthquake, one of the strongest ever recorded. Minutes later, a massive tsunami hit the Fukushima coastline, flooding the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant and cutting power to the reactors.
This triggered:
Three nuclear meltdowns
Hydrogen explosions
The worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl
Over 150,000 people were forced to evacuate.
Town after town was abandoned overnight — shops half-open, cars left behind, calendars frozen on the date of the disaster still hang up inside most houses and stores. We took in alot of radiation during out 11 days in Fukushima.... What effects will this have on our bodies.......
