Kyushoku means Lunch Meal. In all of my elementary schools I eat Kyushoku with my students. Everyone in the school eats the same meal and it has to be completely finished! Some kids don't like what they have to eat so they make funny faces while eating it. I personally think Kyushoku is amazing and super tasty!! It's also super affordable! It only costs me $2.62 per meal! :D These meals are always balanced between Carbs, Greens, Protein, and sometimes desserts. We usually drink Milk with our meals.
