Everywhere I look I’m seeing these pancakes jiggle, they’re not the ones I grew up on, these are pumped up, jiggly, thick boys, Now I’m not the biggest fan of pancakes in general, but I do like a pancake. As a culinary anthropologist, I feel it’s my duty to put these fluffy pancakes to the test and see if all this jiggling is worth exploring.
