The first superhero squad for the impending DC Universe relaunch may have just been hinted at by James Gunn.
Since none of the superhero teams were listed in the DCU's Chapter 1 lineup for 2023, when James Gunn announced the DCEU's relaunch into the DCU, speculation over which superhero team would be the focus of the new franchise began.
A DC Comics superhero team that has never been adapted for live-action television may be joining forces in the DC Universe, while the DCEU focused on the Justice League, which is made up of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and Cyborg.
