Okay, who am I ripping off? ;)

Working on writing a new song... just a few chords I've put together here so far. I feel like I've heard this before, though... & I'm worried I'm ripping something off. Anybody? Bueller?

I play it through twice here... I just don't wanna go any further with writing it if it's too close to another song. I just can't put my finger on it....
