I want to revisit this comparison now that direct capture is possible. All versions were captured from the same capture card at full 60fps.
Do not buy or play the Vita version. It's unpleasant to look at, unplayable because of low framerate and insane input lag and ugly. If anyone tells you otherwise, they're flat out wrong. The Vita has many more ports that are competent, like for example the Sly Cooper ports.
In short: I hated that, I hated all that stuff.
