«Toy Boy» was one of the many TV shows I started watching last year. It's a Spanish Netflix show about a stripper named Hugo who tries to proves his innocence for a crime he did not commit and for which he was wrongly sent to prison. Parallel to the main storyline - and somehow related to it as well - there's the story of these two characters, Jairo and Andrea. Jairo is also a stripper, one of Hugo's best friends, and Andrea is the son of the woman whose husband Hugo was accused of murdering.
I fell in love with Jairo and Andrea as soon as they appeared together on screen. Their relationship is so sweet and I love how caring Jairo is towards Andrea. He understood right away that Andrea had some unresolved issues and didn't rush him into anything, and he was always there when he needed him. I love them so much, and I cannot wait to see more of them in season 2.
As for this video, I actually started it almost a year ago, after I finished watching the show, but for some reason it didn't look right to me at the time. The clips were off somehow and they didn't flow together the way I wanted them to, so I put the project on hold. But I still wanted to make something for these two and I really liked this song for them, so a few days ago, I went back to it and changed some clips around, tweaked a few things here and there, added a new colouring, and voilá. This is what came out. I hope you like it.
Also, If you haven't seen «Toy Boy,» please give it a go. It's a really good show.
