Just finished making a Jade (1995) Director’s Cut Blu-ray, which was only released on VHS and was never on Laserdisc, DVD, or Blu-ray. It WAS released to streaming in an upscaled, older transfer, which I then used to put the additional footage into the body of the existing Blu-ray. The added scenes are softer without any grain but look and sound far better than if I’d gone from the VHS.
