This Halloween I turned to my vintage Betty Crocker Party Book and found an easy-to-hand-out treat — lollipop cookies! These melt in your mouth orange-tinted sugar cookies are sandwiched together with a popsicle stick and decorated with fun Jack o’ Lantern faces. Easy to make and super cute!
