I've been struggling with this my whole life. I was feeling lost and alone. My productivity suffered and I felt like my life wasn't going anywhere. How could I escape this trap and realise my potential.

I suffer from this and I think that I'm not alone. Often we put limits on ourselves which stops our personal growth. We never realize our potential because we are afraid of the unknown and of stepping out of our comfort zone.

I'm not pretending that I've solved the problem and become capable of perfect productivity. I still feel afraid and alone and I know that it's limiting my own success. Sometimes talking about these things can help us to overcome the limits that we place on ourselves. I want to hear other people's stories about how they have been able to grow personally and professionally and build the life that they want to live.
