Plot: Set in 18th-century England against the backdrop of a devastating pox outbreak and the Jacobite Uprising, Sir Chauncey Savage and Lady Savage are at their lowest — their house crumbling, their reputation in tatters — until the imminent visit of a higher-ranking nobleman spurs them into a frantic bid to restore their former glory. Written and directed by Peter Glanz, the film is a darkly comedic period satire anchored by two outrageously hilarious performances from Richard E. Grant and Claire Foy.
Savage House will be released in cinemas on 5th June 2025.
