Last time I told you about Norman Arendse — UCT Council Chair, Senior Advocate, the man who pushed through resolutions that cost South Africa's top university millions in donor funding, created a climate the Vice Chancellor himself described as "toxic" and "not a welcoming place," and has still not resigned, still not apologised, and is still sitting in his chair like none of it happened. Then you pushed me to go deeper. So we went deeper. His own staff refuse to work with him. He allegedly misrepresents what happens in Council meetings. He refused to cooperate with an independent investigation. He has bullying allegations following him across multiple institutions over multiple decades. And he is actively undermining the one man trying to save UCT. This is that video.
