Are you ageing well? That's the topic of this 2-part podcast, with senior lecturer in The Open University's Faculty of Health and Social Care, Jitka Vseteckova.
In this second part of the discussion Jitka talks further the five pillars of ageing well, moving on from hydration and nutrition to the benefits of cognitive stimulation and human interaction; spending time outdoors and the benefits of physical activity and getting your natural nutrients.

She delves deeper into the Take 5 to Age Well campaign and offers some simple tips that we can all take away and implement into our everyday lives.
