It is an audiovisual collage of stories from throughout my life with a particular focus on the role of songwriting and music-making in helping me make sense of myself, my experiences, and the way the world is.
Music has always been my natural language.
It speaks when words aren't enough.
Music helps things make sense.

These aren't stories about what sensitivity or creativity should look like for everyone. I don't believe that's how it works. Rather, they are just a handful of my stories, which I hope may encourage you to notice, connect with, and continue developing your own.
