Here are three ISS SSTV photos that I captured a few years ago. Playback the video and try to decode the images. MMSSTV works great for Windows. I use CQ SSTV from Black Cat systems on my iPhone.
NOTE, these images are sent in PD180 format. This takes 180 seconds. ISS now uses PD120 format, faster at 120 seconds. This allows for more pictures during a pass. Practice using PD180, but switch to PD120 for the upcoming passes.
Use Heaven Above heavens-above.com to learn when the ISS passes overhead. Register your location and then run the ISS prediction.
