A little stroll around Douglas Marina, Douglas Harbour and along Marine Drive, complete with action footage of the harbour lift bridge in operation!!!
This footage is from the"on tour" collection - should have used a tripod, should of used a gimbal, should of used a better wind muffler (it was quite breezy that day), but hey ho.......
Just after the lighthouse you'll see the Great Union Camera Obscura, perched on the side of the headland, overlooking Douglas Bay.
The odd looking building just before the shot of the Marine Drive tramway arches is the old Douglas Head Amphitheatre. The tram used to run along Marine Drive from Douglas Head to Port Soderick - must have been amazing views. Marine Drive is no longer a through road although you can still walk all the way to Port Soderick (or at least you could last time I tried).
