Island Station is a great sound stage for independent and smaller commercial productions. The main area with the cyc wall / green screen is 1000 square feet. It's big enough to fit a car, but it would be tight.
There's a 5 hour minimum rental period at Island Station - and it includes a stage manager and any equipment they have available. Lights, flags, costumes...
Besides the sound stage, there's a sound recording booth, a control room, a green room, makeup area and bathroom. There's a refrigerator and craft services table in the corner of the main room.
