Is it possible to have underwater lightning bolts. We are all familiar with lightning striking through the air during electrical storms. We also see sparks into air with Tesla coil ‘s. However, is it possible to generate lightning bolts underwater? The purpose of this experiment is to see whether or not this is possible. If so, what is the difference? Is it still plasma?
