An adventure movie from Peter Jackson and Steven Spielberg, The Adventure of Tintin is a motion caption film like I've never seen before. Based on Herge's original comic characters, Tintin was a 2011 film that garnered some buzz around awards season, but has become and underappreciated gem. It is one of the few motion capture animated films that feels as if it is using the technology wisely and ethically. Where does it land on the Animated 100 list and is it worth your time?
