Now, it's almost impossible to find a bad Mario game and I don't think there is one on a Nintendo games console... but in my opinion, there is on the Atari 2600.
Titled Mario Bros (thankfully they were yet to add the 'Super') this is a game without music, awful sounds and frantic gameplay. I didn't enjoy it and although I can imagine it is possible to get into the gameplay, and although it was probably good back in 1983, is is poor in comparison to the early Mario games on the NES and Gameboy.
Mario is oddly wearing a blue cap, not his iconic red one and together with the fact that the baddies are turtle, we can see the development of both the main character and also the famous Koopa Troopa!
