In this Mario Kart Tour video I have 10 launches of a Gold Pipe in the new tour, the exploration tour.

Will I get Captain Toad, the Clanky Kart or something else? In recent weeks all I've got it upgrades so I am due some good characters, karts and gliders, so watch the video and see what I get!
