This flooded VW Beetle was supposed to be an easy project car—cheap, quirky, and perfect for Ray to drive. But as we tore into it, reality set in fast: this thing was way worse than we expected.
What started as a light rehab turned into a full-blown disaster. From water damage deep in the interior to hidden corrosion and electrical nightmares, this car pushed every limit—and made us question whether it was worth saving at all.
