Many Christians believe in the Rapture, and can point to passages in the Scriptures that they think are in support that belief.

However, as former Pentecostal pastor Kenny Burchard points out, references to the Rapture may indeed be in your Bible; but not in the way you might expect.

These references to the Rapture aren't in the text of Scripture itself, but rather, in the editorial footnotes and commentary at the bottom of the page, as a way of adding a particular explanation to certain passages in order to argue that they should be interpreted as referring to the Rapture.
