Many quote 1 Thessalonians 4 to teach a "Rapture," but the word doesn't appear in Hebrew or Greek. its roots are Latin (rapimur in the Vulgate). The passage is clearly about the resurrection: first the dead rise, then the living are caught up. The context is key. Messiah appears, the trumpet sounds, and the dead are raised before anyone goes anywhere. This short is from a longer video entitle "The Rapture Theory."
