The one thing I struggled with for years was knowing when someone was violating my boundaries. It was hard to know when someone was taking advantage because I was so used to being a people pleaser. When you have no real standards, you have nothing to go off of in terms of whether someone is crossing those lines.

Today I’m going to teach you what I learned and how I got really good at knowing when someone was pushing or using certain tactics on me to get what they want for me.
