🌱🥛 Is plant-based milk more sustainable than dairy?

The short answer: yes. But different plant-based milks have different environmental footprints.

Soy milk, for example, produces significantly less CO₂ than dairy milk, while almond milk — despite its high water use — still has a lower environmental impact than dairy.

Small choices can make a difference. 🌎💚
