"What a good thing we lose, what a bad thing we knew."
The last time I did a full MMV was about 4 years ago. Editing this MMV made me remember why.
So much masking! Thankfully I had things to do while masking (eg.. watch the new Black Mirror episode, time effectively used), but it was still time consuming. Although I'm happy with the way this turned out - I'm definitely looking into longer term MMV projects so I can be more creative and do more of what I want without worrying about a deadline. I caught up with the Kuroshitsuji manga, and am currently reading Fruits Basket, so in the future I'm hoping to make more MMVs with these series. * _* looking forward to it.
This mmv is basically about the main pairing in ORANGE, and how the girl (Naho) likes the guy (Kakeru), and once she gets to know him, realises that he has emotional baggage. Then she decides to take a leap of faith and reach out and be there for him. It's simple, but I didn't want to complicate it. :) I'm also recently a new member of Illuminated Studios, and I'm looking forward to editing with them. I'm still part of Fidelity Studios but from now on I'll be branding videos as IS. :D Pleased to be releasing my first IS video ~~

Happy Belated Christmas!
I was so so excited to have you as my child this year, and was actually hoping you would be. We literally have so many series in common, so I was so excited to put an idea together for you. Initially, I thought of our conversation about NANA, and thought I could make a NANA video. But I already made one recently. And then I saw you liked Orange and Aimer, so I Spotified Aimer, and this was one of the top tracks. After listening to it, I knew immediately that it was the one.
I hope you had a great Christmas, its been awesome getting to know you, your interests and goals, and I look forward to working and talking with you (and the rest of IS) more. I hope you like this!
(I also wondered if I should make a HnR video, but probably a good thing I didnt, because as you know, it brings up too much angst for both of us :'D)

A short video I edited for the Indigo IC last weekend. I spent some time changing and fixing things (which took longer than I thought, I appreciate my main editing comp so much more now x.x ) a few things still bug me but I curse these hour long rendering times.
Im surprised I ended up editing this song, I had ideas with a few others but I realised that this idea clicked more last minute. Basic premise is how Hina brought hope and light to Reis life. Ive been dying to edit a Hina X Rei thing and glad I finally did! (Also.. Im amused at how this is basically the sequel to my Skin and Bone video xD).

Ofc I had to make at least one AHR video of course :D Sooo I started this in like early summer of 2014, and kinda wanted to challenge myself to edit three sources (manga, anime and live action), especially after the live action of AHR was announced. I kinda rushed the end though because I wanted to finish this D:
Even though it didnt turn out as ambitious as Id hoped, Im still happy with the way it turned out...
Thisll probs be my last project in a while (or my next project will take another year to complete lolz xD)

Finally decided to make some alterations to the video I made for ST
IC last weekend. I didnt make major changes, but Im definitely more happy with this version.
So yeah, last weekend I joined ST for the first time ever.
I wasnt planning to at first, but then a fellow editor introduced me to two other editors who needed someone to form a team with them. Soooo before I knew it, I was in a team and entering ST.
I actually procastrinated a lot that weekend so my video didnt turn out very ambitious at all. I regretted.. at 2am Monday morning (especially when I had work early the next day ahem). But Im still proud I made it :D

STORY
I hope my videos story is clear. Basically, Kogami is up against an imaginary villain. Essentially, it could be that he is committing the crimes and he is too mentally unstable to accept this fact. I like leaving the speculation up to the viewer. :)
I really loved my idea, and it was really fun to come back to Psycho Pass. As soon as I heard this song in the song pack, it was an ultimate match for me. I literally imagined floating guns falling in a flowy way throughout the Aaaahhhhhh burns inside my veins segment. LOL.
