So let's talk about Pandora at Disney's California Adventure, because there are a LOT of questions swirling around this land right now and I think it's time we actually dig into what's going on.

This was announced years ago. Years. And at the time, it felt like a huge deal. A second Pandora. A whole Avatar land coming to the West Coast. People were genuinely excited about it. But here we are, and things have gotten really murky.

The big thing right now is that Tomorrowland is being prioritized at Disneyland. Disney is moving forward with that revamp and it's clearly the thing getting the attention and the resources right now. Which is fine, Tomorrowland needs work, but it raises a pretty uncomfortable question: where does that leave Pandora?

And then there's the Josh D'Amaro factor. Look, this Pandora project was not his baby. This was something that had more momentum under Bob Chapek and was tied back to ideas that were gaining steam before the leadership changes we've seen at Disney Parks. D'Amaro stepped into this role and has had to make decisions about what gets built, what gets delayed, and what quietly disappears off the radar. The question is, which category does Pandora fall into for him?

I'm not here to tell you Pandora is dead. I genuinely don't know that. But I do think it's fair to ask whether the energy and the will to actually build this thing is still there. Disney Parks has a full plate right now. Epic Universe is about to completely change the conversation in Orlando. There's pressure to deliver at Disneyland. And a second Avatar land is a tough sell when you're trying to figure out how to modernize Tomorrowland AND keep guests excited about what's coming.

So in this video I want to walk through everything we know, talk about whether this land should actually be built, and give you my honest take on where I think this project stands heading into 2025 and beyond.

This is a conversation worth having, and I want to hear from you too. Drop your thoughts in the comments. Should Disney push forward with Pandora at DCA or pull the plug and use that space for something else?
