There is a difference between happiness based on denial and happiness based on transcendence.
We do not have to look away from what is happening in the world. Nor do we have to surrender our inner lives to fear, fury or despair.
Happiness is not frivolous in dark times. It is part of how we preserve our strength, our clarity and our capacity to act.
We can acknowledge what is wrong without allowing it to extinguish our belief in what is still possible.
That is not withdrawal from the world. It is how we remain available to help transform it and become a space within which miracles can happen.
If you’re ready to make space for a miracle in your own life, join me for my free online event, The Anatomy of a Miracle, through the link in my bio or below.
