Can you prevent lupus?

It's one of the questions I get asked most often.

The truth is, no one can promise that any disease can be prevented 100% of the time. Our genetics, infections, environmental exposures, medications, trauma, and lifestyle all interact in complex ways.

But that doesn't mean we're powerless.

In my experience, and based on what we know about inflammation and immune health, the choices we make every day can have a profound impact on our risk of developing chronic disease.

That's why I teach a proactive approach to health.

✅ Eat a hyper-nourishing plant-based diet.
✅ Prioritize restorative sleep.
✅ Reduce chronic stress.
✅ Create healthy boundaries in relationships.
✅ Practice daily self-care.
✅ Build habits that support a healthy immune system instead of chronic inflammation.

No one can eliminate every risk in life. But we can create an internal environment that gives our bodies the best opportunity to stay healthy—and, if illness does occur, the best opportunity to recover.

That's the foundation of the Goodbye Lupus and Goodbye Autoimmune Disease protocols. It's what has helped me become symptom free from Lupus for over 20 yeras, and thousands of people around the world have done the same.

In this video, I explain why I believe prevention is about much more than genetics and why our daily habits matter so much for autoimmune health.
