As we prepare to turn the clocks back, Stanford researchers say it’s time to make the switch permanent. Jamie Zeitzer, PhD, co-director of the Stanford Center for Sleep and Circadian Sciences, explains why staying on standard time year-round could lead to better sleep, fewer strokes, and a lower risk of obesity.
