The 2020 Yamaha R1 is here and its time to see just how fast it is. Squaring up today is my buddys 2009 R1, the same year R1 that I used to have. Can it still hang with the new kid on the block? The 2020 R1 is bone stock, no mods with 150 miles on the clock while the 2009 R1 has exhaust, ECU flash, airbox mod and intake. Lets see just how fast they go!

Its time for the 300cc engine! If you missed parts 4 & 5, I picked up a Honda CB300F as the donor bike for this build. Got that bike torn down and the engines been waiting for its transplant! This week, I completely repainted the motor with some VHT Engine Enamel, mounted up the mount kit from Steady Garage (linked below) and got that engine in the frame!
