Today my friends, we are making the IRONBOUND - A simple Calvados Cocktail mixed with Cachaca and herbal Benedictine Liqueur. I found it in Difford's Guide and knew I must share it.

The combination of Calvados and Cachaca works amazingly. Created initially with Apple Jack, the cocktail is drier, but using calvados brings much more sweetness and a less boozy finish.

-15ml / 1/2z Benedictine Liqueur
- 5ml / 1 bar spoon Sugar Syrup
