Iran's economy chief Ali Madanizadeh has dismissed new U.S. sanctions as another "failure", saying Tehran had anticipated the measures and has a two-year plan in place. His comments came after Washington announced an expansion of secondary sanctions aimed at cutting Iran's economic lifelines.
