Using my iPhone 5 on 4G LTE as a hotspot for my iPad Mini, this speed test for the iPad Mini is pretty weak. Hopefully it is due to throttling by Verizon, although the iPhone 5 seems to be performing well.

After my battery was drained, I plugged in my iPad and turned off the WiFi and 4G LTE connections to test the time to recharge the battery from 0 to 100%. The brightness was lowered down since the display is hindering the ability to recharge the iPad quickly.")
