Access to WiFi, Bluetooth, Volume, Brightness in your iOS 7 lock screen. Pressing the home button will access the NCSettings widget available in Cydia. This certainly isn't the best way for access to toggles in the lock screen, but it does work for now until a jailbreak developer makes it better!

Steps to jailbreak the iPad Mini, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch in iOS 6 are all pretty much the same.
In this video, I jailbreak my iPad Mini using evasi0n software. Only requirements to jailbreak your iPad is to download evasi0n software appropriate for your computer. Connect your iOS 6 device to your computer via USB, and execute the software. The jailbreak will take around 5 minutes, and requires only tapping on a jailbreak icon to complete the process.
Cydia filesystem will exit, then tweaks will be available for download on your jailbroken iOS 6 device.")
