The CPU definitely cheats because it takes the whole game to get your titan ship to level 10 and I destroyed 4 level 10 titans within 30 minutes, but that's just how the game levels with you. Also turning up the difficulty only seems to influence how much damage the CPU deals. Pretty cool footage plus zooming in on the squadrons as they zip around is fun.
