Description: The main purpose of this paper is to propose a tool for businesses to empower decision makers to 1) evaluate the risk of getting into a crisis before it has started 2) analyze different scenarios and the most possible outcomes during the course of the crisis and 3) Analyze the impact of the new collection of data in subsequent forecast and evaluations once the crisis has passed. For the purpose of this paper we will concentrate on the use of machine learning techniques to approach this problem.
